AC Maintenance Kit

A cleaner, more thorough, mess-free flush for your chamber's water-cooled AC system.

The Prestige AC Maintenance Kit adds a dedicated service valve and drain hose to the return line of your chamber's AC water chiller. With the kit installed, the chiller's own water pump pushes the old water out through the drain hose and into a bucket, so you drain from the very end of the loop instead of pushing dirty water back through the system.

• Fits: Prestige Hyperbaric chambers and Airvida- and OxyRevo-style chamber AC systems.
• Tailored to your system: the kit can be set up for any chamber AC chiller. After you order, email photos of your AC chiller and its hose connections to prestigehyperbaric@gmail.com so we can confirm exactly which kit you need before it ships.
• Installs on the return line: the hose that connects to the chiller's Low Temp Water Inlet. Water reaching that point has already passed through the internal AC fan unit in the chamber, so you are draining at the very end of the system.
• Mess-free: the pump does the work and the drain hose goes straight into a bucket.
• You will need: a 5-gallon bucket and fresh water.

How the flush works

1. Install the service valve kit on the return line going into the chiller's Low Temp Water Inlet.
2. Place a 5-gallon bucket under the drain hose.
3. Turn on the water chiller and open the service valve. The pump pushes the old water out into the bucket.
4. Close the valve and refill the chiller with fresh water.
5. Let the fresh water circulate to flush the unit, then open the valve and drain again.
6. Repeat with fresh water until it drains clean. Because the old water leaves at the end of the loop, it is not pushed back through the system, giving you the best flush of sediment.
