Concierge Installation Management

Our top service tier. A dedicated Prestige Hyperbaric project manager owns your entire installation — from discovery site visit through outside-trade coordination (electrician, doors, rigging, HVAC) to final owner walkthrough.

For complex properties, high-end residences, and demanding schedules where you want one person accountable end to end.

What's included in the $20,000 base fee

• Dedicated Prestige project manager as your single point of contact
• One discovery trip to your installation site (measurements, doorway/access assessment, electrical review, delivery-path plan)
• Written installation plan delivered before the install trip
• Coordination of up to 3 outside trades (electrician, door/access, freight/rigging, HVAC, or similar)
• Sourcing, quoting, and scheduling of outside trades on your behalf
• Communication with your building manager, HOA, or property staff
• One installation trip with our team on-site for up to 2 days
• Full chamber or bed setup, oxygen system hookup, leak check, operational verification
• Owner walkthrough and hands-on training before we leave
• Post-install summary report with photos and vendor documentation

Refundable vendor escrow — $10,000 (separate wire)

Third-party vendor invoices are paid from a $10,000 refundable escrow you fund by wire before the discovery trip. Every payment is itemized and receipted. Unused escrow is refunded within 14 business days of project close-out.

Overage rates (billed on top only when needed)

• Additional on-site day: $6,000 per day per Prestige team member
• Additional remote coordination: $600/hr in 15-minute increments
• Additional trip: $6,000 per on-site day + travel at cost
• Rebooking fee: $2,500 per rescheduled trip + non-refundable travel

Payment method — wire transfer only

All Concierge payments are made by wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for this tier. Shopify invoice or Chase Merchant may be used for smaller line items only by prior written agreement.
